David is an accountant by profession and currently is the CEO of Central Coast Council. He has been the CEO of 4 other Councils in NSW and Qld over the past 25 years. He has held past board roles in local tourism organisations as well as arts, cultural and sporting facilities. He is currently a Non Executive Director of Art House Wyong.
